For the location, I was surprised at the great value for two slices! We ate here twice and had great service. The first time we ate here, we were looking at the menu and a local came in and told us this was the best pizza in Seattle. I have to agree! I had different pizza slices each time and they were perfect. I think it is hard to balance sauce and cheese with the toppings, but they do it perfectly here. The crust is perfect! The pizza is delicious!
Authentic Taste, Great People! We stopped by Numero Uno Pizza in Seattle and were pleasantly surprised to find Turkish lahmacun on the menu, it was delicious! Thin, crispy, and full of flavor, served with plenty of fresh vegetables to garnish. We paired it with ayran, a slightly sour yogurt drink that complements the dish perfectly, especially with meat-based foods. We also had a nice chat with the owner/manager, who was very friendly and clearly a hardworking person dedicated to his craft. It’s always refreshing to see that kind of passion in a local restaurant. If you’re craving something unique and authentic, this place is definitely worth a visit!
The pizza is absolutely delicious! The crust has a fresh, sesame seed flavor and the pizza is superb. The inside is a little more rustic and older, but doesn’t take away from the quality. Recommend.
I came in around 9pm, the service was great and the owner seemed to take care of guest with pride. I wish I’d been with a group because the fresh pizzas looked amazing, my slices had great flavor but weren’t very hot. The need a soccer game on or some music in the background, the atmosphere feels a little stagnant but if you’re getting a pizza for the road I don’t think you’ll be disappointed. They had some unique slices and traditional and the crust was decent. I’d come back if I lived in the neighborhood.

I was pleasantly surprised by the flavors at Numero Uno Pizza in Downtown Seattle. I’ve been coming to Seattle for years, but this was my first time here — and now I know I’ll be back. The pizza is excellent: I tried the halal pepperoni, cheese, and two veggie pizzas, and they were all delicious. The dough, in particular, was outstanding — soft, fresh, and flavorful. What I also really liked is the flexibility: you can order by the slice or get a whole pizza, which is very convenient. I especially want to thank the kind lady at the counter. She treated me with warmth and respect, almost like family, and made my visit feel truly special. Her hospitality, along with the great food, made this experience unforgettable. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Downtown Seattle!
